Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received by the hotel. You will also have to prove your identity and submit a copy of your passport to the hotel to insure that the name on the booking corresponds to the person at check-in. Cancellations or no-shows are not allowed and the total cost of your stay is non-refundable.
