LA LOCALIZACIÓN ES EXCELENTE. LAS HABITACIONES SON DEMASIADO PEQUEÑAS AUNQUE ESTÁN MUY BIEN EQUIPADAS Y TIENEN UNA DECORACIÓN ENCANTADORA. EL DESAYUNO SE SIRVE EN UNA CAFETERÍA AL LADO Y RESULTA MUY MONÓTONO, ES UNA PENA QUE NO SEA DESAYUNO BUFFET. EN LA FACTURA DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO PONE QUE ES UN BED & BREAKFAST, COSA QUE NO SE ESPECIFICA ASÍ EN LA PÁGINA WEB (Y LA VERDAD CREO QUE SI ESTÁ DENTRO DE ESA CATEGORÍA YA QUE CARECE DE ZONAS COMUNES) PARA LO CUAL RESULTA TENER UN PRECIO UN POCO ELEVADO.

Se trata de un establecimiento nuevo, lo que garantiza la calidad de sus instalaciones, y con una decoración muy agradable. Su ubicación al margen del hotel Condotti, garantiza privacidad e independencia,con sus pros y sus contras. La habitación doble deluxe es pequeña (en línea con los hoteles de Roma), pero suficiente y cómoda. La cama, excelente y grande (dos individuales unidas). El A/A funciona a la perfección. El baño es suficiente aunque también algo pequeño (con ducha). La atención del personal del hotel Condotti (a la vuelta de la esquina) ha sido adecuada y amable. Respecto del servicio, en general ha sido bueno, aunque uno de los días no cambiaron las toallas, y pese a que retiraban del baño los ameties usados (gel, gorro de baño,...), no dejaron otros nuevos. También deberían ser algo más cuidadosos con la limpieza en la ropa de cama. Respecto del desayuno, al menos para nosotros fue correcto y suficiente, aunque monótono pues fue igual los cuatro días (fruta, zumo de naranja -no natural-,jamón y queso, cornetto,y cafe o capuchino). Es preferible desayunar en el snack bar frente al hotel, por razones de espacio, pero en ese caso se debe solicitar el desayuno COMPLETO ya que si no, tienen "tendencia" a eliminar cosas (fruta, zumo...). En general la estancia ha sido muy agradable, sobre todo por la magnífica situación del hotel y por lo nuevas que son sus instalaciones. Volvería.

CÓMO LLEGAR

By car
It is forbidden to enter by car the area where the hotel is located, so guests can park their car at the Villa Borghese parking or along the Lungotevere and reach the hotel by taxi or by underground line A, which stops at Spagna.

By train
From the Termini railway station take the underground line A, direction Battistini and get off at the Spagna stop. The property is 40 metres ahead.

By airplane
The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Termini station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.
