By car
Coming from Lille, Paris or Dunkerque: follow direction Villeneuve d’Ascq and take exit cité scientifique . At the traffic light turn right to rue de Lezennes and go straight until the roundabout. You will find the Olivarius on your right.

By public transports
From the Lille Flandres railway station take underground line 1, direction 4 Cantons and get off at 4 Cantons stop. Turn left and reach rue de Lezennes road. Take the road on your left, direction Chéreng-Cysoing, Parc Haute Borne. The property lies 10 minutes walking from here.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is included in the price.
Use of garage is not included in the price and costs €9,00 a day.
City tax is not included in the price and costs €0,75 per day, per person.

Deposit: for all arrivals, an ID and a valid credit card belonging to the same person who booked the room will be requested. A deposit of €300,00 will be pre-authorized to your credit card upon arrival at the Olivarius Apart-Hôtel.
Pets: the property allows the stay of little and not dangerous pets. A refundable deposit of €500,00 is requested upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of your stay if no damage will be found in the apartment.
Babies: the property does not provide baby cots.
American breakfast is included in the price.

POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN
In case of late cancellation or no show the first night will be charge on your credit card En cas d'annulation tardive ou de no show la prmière nuitèe sera facturée. In case of PRE-PAID ROOM, your stay will be immediately charged on your credit card; in case of cancellation or modification we wont give you back the amount.
