Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received by the hotel. You will also have to prove your identity and submit a copy of your passport to the hotel to insure that the name on the booking corresponds to the person at check-in. Cancellations or no-shows are not allowed and the total cost of your stay is non-refundable.

    If cancellation is done less than 24 hours prior to arrival we will charge the client for the first night. During the Olympics period from Aug 1st 2008 to Sep 30th 2008, guest should prepay all room charge within 7 days after make reservation, otherwise hotel will cancel the booking.
