b&b - exterior A bed and breakfast hotel located in the heart of the West End of London, the Lincoln House is family-run, very friendly and welcoming. Built at the end of the 18th Century, in the time of King George III, the Lincoln House offers Georgian charm with modern comforts.

Although the Lincoln House is a small hotel, service to our guests is of paramount importance to us. We will be happy to advise you regarding theatre tickets and places to visit and how to get around London. We are a bed & breakfast hotel and therefore do not have a restaurant for lunch and dinner but we can suggest various places to eat locally.

Double (standard) - room (approx 10 square metres) with normal size double bed for 2 people (4ft 6 ins/140 cm wide).

Double (large) - room (approx 18 square metres) with normal size double bed (4ft 6 ins/140 cm wide), 80% more space & silent fridge.

Twin - room (approx 15 square metres) with 2 single beds & silent fridge.

Triple - room (approx 18 square metres) with double bed, single bed & silent fridge.

Family - room (approx 18 square metres) with double bed, single bed, 'pull-out' bed & silent fridge.
