GENERAL

exterior del hotel The friendly Apartment-Hotel*** is located in a recently renovated “Jugendstil” (Art Nouveau) building close to the city centre of Europeans metropolis of arts and culture, in Vienna.

All our well appointed, spacious and modern apartments provide a fully equipped kitchen, hotel-service, breakfast on request as well as free W-LAN/Wi-Fi. Enjoy the comforts of home and a great degree of independency and privacy in a quiet location - just a short public transport ride away from the city centre.

We offer 3 different types of apartment, to suit a variety of needs (ranging from single apartments to 4-5 bed apartments.)

We are a non-smoking hotel and our rooms are available year-round.

Local attractions include the Belvedere castle - a marvel of baroque architecture, Hundertwasser house - one of Vienna’s number one tourist attractions and the highly popular Vienna Gasometer complex which boasts various restaurants, shops, a supermarket, cinema, gym, private apartments, music hall and a municipal archive.

Also of interest in the 11th district is Vienna's Zentralfriedhof (Main Cemetery) where many well-known people are buried including: Beethoven, Mozart, Strauss, Brahms, Schubert and Falco.

Public transport: The next underground station (U3 "Zippererstraße") and a tramway station (Linie 71 “Molitorgasse”) lie within 5 min. walking distance. From there it's just a 10 minutes ride to the city centre. Quiet location with “Gasometer” shopping centre as well as major sights nearby.

The spacious apartments offer fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, toilet as well as radio, cable-TV, telephone and free W-LAN/Wi-Fi. According to your individual space and equipment needs we offer you different types of apartments:

Single apartment or double apartment:
30-40 sqm; room, kitchen, shower/toilet, radio, cable-TV, telephone and free W-LAN/Wi-Fi (1-2 persons)

3-bed-apartment:
50-60 sqm; 1 double + 1 single room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, radio, cable-TV, telephone and free W-LAN/Wi-Fi (max. 3 persons)

4-5-bed-apartment:
70-75 swm; 2 double rooms (+1 single room), kitchen, 2 bathrooms/toilets, radio, cable-TV, telephone and free W-LAN/Wi-Fi (max. 5 persons)

Our hotel-service***: The rooms are cleaned daily (Monday through Friday). Linen and towels are provided.

All apartments are non-smoking.

Monday to Friday: 7 am - 5 pm
Saturday: 7 am - 12 am

CÓMO LLEGAR

By car
From the A23 motorway towards Budapest:
- Take the St. Marx exit. Travel along Franzosengraben; take the first left onto Baumgasse.
- From Baumgasse take the first left onto Litfaßstraße and then the first left onto Rinnböckstraße.
- The first road left off Rinnböckstraße is Schneidergasse.
There is free public parking available on the street in the local area around the hotel.

By train
From the Westbahnhof / Train Station West:
For those arriving at the Westbahnhof, we suggest taking the U3 underground line towards Simmering. Get off at station "Zippererstraße".

By airplane
From Vienna International Airport (Schwechat)
- Taxi: a transfer from the airport takes approximately 20 minutes.
- CAT - City Airport Train leads from Airport Schwechat to "Wien Mitte" and by Underground U3 to station "Zipperergasse". From there 5 minutes walking distance.

By public transportation
By public transport: use local express train S7 towards Florisdorf. You should leave S 7 at St.Marx and take the number 71 tram towards "Kaiserebersdorf" and leave the tram at "Molitorgasse". From there 3 minutes walking distance.
