Villa Nikolina is built in a modern style and is located in Premantura, a small village on the southern coast of the Istrian peninsula, just 10km from the 3000-year-old town of Pula.
The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, just 200m from the beautiful beaches of Kamenjak and 200m from the center of Premantura.
The well-equipped apartments, the large garden and the beautiful location of the house guarantee a perfect family holiday, or a vacation with friends. The terrace can be used to barbeque and pets are allowed as well.

The Villa Nikolina offers four apartments of different sizes, layout and style. All apartments are newly furnished, fully air-conditioned and have satellite TV.
Apartment for 2 persons
This newly furnished apartment is situated on the ground floor, has about 20m², one room with a full-size bed, a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.
Apartment for 2 to 4 persons
This newly furnished apartment is on the first floor, has about 50m², one double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed for two persons, a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.
Apartment for 2 to 5 persons
This newly and very well-furnished apartment is on the first floor, has about 50m², one bedroom with a full-size and a single bed, a living room with a full-size bed, a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.
Apartment for 4 to 6 persons
The most luxurious apartment has been furnished in a modern Italian style. It is about 90 m² in size, has two bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and one with two single beds, a large and sunny living room with a sofa bed for two persons, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with whirlpool and a terrace.
