    CÓMO LLEGAR
    By train
    From Termini train station, take the exit on the left, turn left onto via Giolitti and then right onto via Gioberti. Straight on via Gioberti until the Santa Maria Maggiore Square. Cross the square. The office is located at the number 12. Ring the bell 'OTA', on 'scala B'. Go into the courtyard and take the entrance on your right. Take the elevator and get off at the second floor. Once you exit the elevator, turn right. The office door is on the left.

    By public transportation
    The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Termini station. One-way tickets cost €8,80 and must be validated at the machine, on the platform, before boarding the train.

    The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.

Se le pedirá inserir los datos de su tarjeta de crédito que serán enviados al establecimiento sólo como garantía de la reserva. La cuenta debe ser saldada directamente en el hotel. En caso de que el hotel que ha elegido necesite un adelanto, esta información será incluida en la sección "POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN" y el depósito se deberá concordar directamente con el establecimiento elegido. No es posible cancelar la reserva si la has elegido del tipo no reembolsable o prepagada.

    POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN
    The reservations cancelled 8 or more nights before arrival - no fee. If you cancel the reservation 7 - 4 days before arrival - cancellation fee 50%. If you cancel the reservation 3 - 0 days before arrival ( or no-show ), the cancellation fee is 75% from the whole amount on your credit card.
